Alta - Alta Lodge

The Alta Lodge offers the classic ski vacation – reminiscent of the days when ski accommodations offered more than just a place to stay. The atmosphere is relaxed, intimate and informal. Hang out in front of the lobby fireplace with the New York Times, meet friends for afternoon tea and cookies, or unwind in the Sitzmark Club bar.

Air Transportation

Getting to and from Alta/Snowbird is easy. There are direct flights from several U.S. cities into Salt Lake City. Salt Lake International Airport is serviced by most major domestic carriers and is a Delta Airlines hub. Southwest Airlines and Delta often have the lowest fares.

Shuttle Transportation

For shuttle service, check out either Canyon Transportation or Alta Shuttle. The trip from the airport to Alta/Snowbird is only 45 minutes.
